We guarantee what we sell, however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer a 7-day return policy from the time your item is received. No stocking fee applied and items are to be sent in the same condition as they were received in original packaging. No jewelry will be accepted for return if it is damaged, altered or worn. Insured return shipping is at customer's expense. Refunds on purchases made with credit card will be subject to a deduction of credit card charge fees. Exchanges for store credit can be made within 30 days. 

Domestic Shipping 

We are glad to offer insured Free 2nd Day delivery via FedEx or USPS on all orders under $10,000 and Free Priority Overnight for purchases over $10,000.  You may upgrade to Priority Overnight shipping for $30 and Saturday delivery for $20. Please note, all deliveries require an adult signature. 

Shipment to P.O. Box and A.P.O addresses will be sent via USPS and have an insurance limit of $5,000.

International  Shipping

On all international purchases a flat charge of US$120 will be added. Client is responsible for VAT Customs Fee according to recipient home country.
